Is it more agressive than ML , JPM. CS in terms of work environment and compensation?

its all similar… no matter what anyone says…
when you interview just suck up about the culture and fit there.

Duh. But questions you NEED to know and answer.
What group in IBD?
What office? Regional US? NYC? Canada? Europe? Asia?
What deals have they recently done? How does that fit into their office location (i.e. menlo park…tech), and your goals (future tech PE)?
Have you talked to people there? What were they like? Key words: smart, energetic, passionate
As far as the actual position goes…well comp is pretty much the same across the board. Culture can be pretty shitty depending on the office, so do some research.
