Answer is (C).
Why is it illusion of control? I thought it was availability since she has easy access to the firm model and so hence she puts more emphasis on it because of that.

Availability bias puts more emphasis on the availabile information, rather than relevant information, which is not the case here, duly expressed in the ‘hunderds of inputs’.
Illusion of control becuase she thinks that a complex model with hundreds of inputs is superior, when it is not.
