Saw a program on pirate hijacking before the whole Somalia pirate thing flaired up. Some Chinese boat was hijacked in Indonesia (I think) and, despite an elaborate scheme to make the boat vanish and then reappear with a new identity, the Chinese govt. caught on. After a short trial, they just lined the bad guys up, made them kneel down, and then shot them in the back of the head execution style (the program even showed it). You gotta love that kind of ruthlessness for obviously devient behavior.
