Hey everyone,
This is a very long shot but I guess it cost nothing to try. I am a CFA chartholder and I’ve been working in investment consulting for about 4.5 years now. I do strategic asset allocation and asset liability modeling for institutional clients. I have been very active on this forum in the past and I hope this might pay off and get a response!
1.I would like to talk to someone who started his own investment shop on a very small scale. I am mostly looking for advice on how to get registered. I live in Canada but any advice from the US is also very welcome.
2. If anyone of you has a “advisor account” on interactive brokers (www.interactivebrokers.com) I would love to hear what you like and don’t like about it and if you think their is better option out there.
