Interview process for IB Associate program

Hi:

I have an interview for IB Assoicate position coming up in the next few days. This is the first rond of interviews. If someone has gone through this procedure can you let me what I should expect for the first round of interviews and the subsequent rounds.

I would like to know:

the type of questions
structure of the interview and number of interviewers
length of each interview
etc.

Any info. on the interview process and how I can better prepare for it would be appreciated.

Get hold of the Vault guide or Wetfeet guide to IB interviews most of your questions shd be answered.
