Is exam split by topic or mixed?

Are the item-sets organized by topic in order? And do they show the topic name (like FRA) above like in L1?

I ask because the current Mock exam doesnt show Topic name above the Vignette (i.e. Corporate Finance)
But 2013 Mock does show topic names and a Table of Contents.
Anyone know if this has changed now?
