Is orthography a problem?

As we all know, the level 3 exam contains a heavy portion of written answers. Of course, the most important thing is that we know the material and can make the right financial decisions. But handwritten answers bring up a new problem. There is no automatic red underlining when we make mistakes on a sheet of paper. Do you think it is a problem to mispell words?
I am not sure about everyone in the community. English is not my first language as I am an international student in the US. I probably make above-average orthographical mistakes in english. And I am very used to typing.
What is your situation? Is this a real or useless concern?
 
you are not allowed to bring orthographs into the exam hall - simple as.
 
so get used to WRITING out by hand NOW. It will pay off later.
There have been multiple comments -
a. Even a doctor’s/prescriptionist’s scrawl can be read by the CFA graders.
b. Bullet points will suffice … so learn to be precise and concise.
c. spelling does not matter.
d. if you write long enough without spell check and find certain words are being misspelled - you have enough time to correct that and spell it correctly.
e. there are various conventions - usage of comma on currency (in US) vs. the use of “dot” in currency as a 1000s separator - that too does not make a difference.
 
Good points.. I hope spelling doesn’t matter as much as knowing the material…
