Is there an industry standard for FI/Equity research reports?

If so, does anybody know of any books or online resources where aspiring analyst can learn abou this topic?

Not sure of industry standards, but if you want I can email you a couple PDF analyst reports from Bear, Credit Suisse, Lehman, Think Equity, Baird, Piper, and Deutsche Bank. Just email me any specific symbols or I can send some popular ones. Most of them are set up the same, but it will give you a feel of the basics.
