Hello all,
Curious if anyone has any recommended sections that Schweser is not very comprehensive in explaining and would suggest relying heavier on the actual curriculum books?
No finance/accounting background here but planning to use Schweser heavily and only refer back to the curriculum as required so if anyone from previous experience has found certain topics where Schweser is not great and would recommend using the curriculum that would be great.
On another note, is it recommended to complement schweser notebooks with blue box examples or is that repetitive and better to just go straight to Q-banks / mocks.
Thanks in advance!

No finance/accounting background here too. I studied majorly from schweser but for FRA I used both curriculum and schweser. Curriculum was great to understand the basics especially if you are looking at a balance sheet for the first time in your life.

IMO, Economics is better explained in Curriculum than in Schweser.
Also I found some details and questions in CFA Mocks that I have not found
in Schweser. A float factor calculated from average daily deposits is the first
thing what is on my mind.

Thanks for the answers, I figure the time saved on the readings could be put to better use by tackling questions which would further understanding + test scores in a more efficient manner?
Other than econ and FRA, the rest of the topics are adequately explained by schweser? (no background knowledge but decent self-learner)
