Just did my first closed book mock

Around 300 hours logged to date. Just took FinQuiz Mock 1, AM sesson. Got 45%. Time to drink.

LOL I did the NYSSA live mock over the weekend and got a 53%. Def a rough result. But I entered my answers online when I got home from work today and it turned out that the avg of 1300 test takers was 56 or 57. So, just gotta take it for what it is and hunker down.
And don’t take it in a negative way, but pass or fail, we’re back to real life in 10 days.
Oh and the avg scores excluded all scores 36 and below, so technically the 56/7 is an inflated avg (lol).

My worst practice scores were on level 3 where I had the best actual results. Vice versa for level 2. Keep confident, it’s just a practice. You’ve got time. Your biggest gains can be in this last week as you hone your knowledge for exam type questions. Hammer away. Don’t waste time drinking.

Keep in mind though that (considering the exam’s 43% pass rate) the average L2 test-taker fails the exam, as do thousands of above-average test-takers.
