Hi All -
I am new to AnalystForum as a returning CFA candidate following a few years off. I sat for and passed level 1 on my original attempt, but then a couple different life events got in the way. Nevertheless, I work in the fixed income area as a municipal bond analyst and have decided to renew my CFA pursuit, sitting for level II in June 2015.
My question is - do most people find it possible to pass level II by using the Schweser notes, practice exams, and live class only as opposed to reading the CFAI material? That is how I passed level 1, but obviously level II is more demanding. I picked up studying the quant methods and it is all coming back to me, so hopefully the layoff won’t be a huge problem to overcome. But curious to know what others think. Thanks!
