Kaplan Videos Availability?

I ordered the videos. I got an e-mail from Kaplan saying there were available 11/30. I recived shipping confirmation on 11/28. I get the package today, I only recieved printouts of the foilware used in the videos, without the videos themselves. Anyone else experience this, or have you gotten your videos yet? I opened the box and …..
