Knowing is half the battle (Formulas that is)

I wish it was that simple. I’d be very confident ! lol

actually I’m willing to bet if you took someone who never looked at any of the material and gave them the COMPLETE list of formulas (without any explanations) and gave them the test, they would pass the test. (Barely, but they would pass the test).
Reason being it’s multiple choice and you can usually get pretty close to the correct answer even if you forget to adjust a number here or there.

They design the test specfically to destroy people who methodically memorize formulas without any underlying understanding of the concepts behind them.

Verse even if u know all formula & even how to plug them cfa answers are based on common mistakes where u feel like done with exam with answers matching, then result will give u a shock of ur life. Welcome to Level 2 ,it not L1

If anyone knows what Level 2 is about, it’s me because this isn’t my first time taking it.
The reason why you mess up will not be because you know the exact formula for the problem and mistakenly miscalculate. The reason why you mess up will not be because of a trick question. Most of the questions are far from difficult if you know the formula or what to do.
The reason why you will mess up is because there will be a random question about either a definition or tedious formula that slipped your mind.
This isn’t a difficult test because of the massive number of trick questions and difficult theories. In fact, if you were to take one test a week, one for each reading, you would probably score perfect scores on a lot of the material.
This is a difficult test because of the sheer amount of information your brain needs to memorize.

If you think L2 is only about knowing the formulas and where to plug, you’re going to fail

Really brought the haters out in this one.
