Non-Life - subject to Risk Based Capital requirements (RBC)
 
all insurance companies are subject to RBC. It’s a bigger issure for life than for nonlife.
RBC ratios are used by the state insurance commissioner, who is part of the NAIC.
mwvt9, where do you see in the syllabus that nonlife are subject to RBC? Does it state / imply that life are not subject to RBC?
