licensing fees

the cost with S&P and other index providers are lower to mutual funds.

eidt : Seems like I have misunderstood the question, there is only one mention of “licensing fee” in the whole curicculum…not sure how important is it
 
ETF will pay higher licensing fees. This is the only advantadge it DOES NOT have over mutual funds
