Can anyone comment on the proper way to value a large cap life insurance firm?

Create a regression line charting P/B to ROE Please ignore the fact that this method essentially is a low PE method.

Also take notice that everyone values insurance companies in this manner. Not saying there is anything wrong with the technique, but it isn't going to give you a huge edge.
