LOS 5 Corporate Governance

Hey ya'll.....

I was looking at the schweser notes....LOS 5....for "The Corporate Governance of Listed Companies: A Manual for Investors".......

Just wondering if Schweser would be good enough for this section.....or would you all recommend the reading on the CFA website on this topic (the 55 page notes)
