Hi All,
Hope your preparation is going well
Let’s make a list of readings/concepts/formulas which are most likely to be tested and we must have a good grasp of to clear this level II.
A few concepts I can think of are
GGM - of course
FIFO/LIFO conversions and their effects on different ratios
FCFF/FCFE calculations
If there’s an item set on Swaps there must be a question on calculating swap rate
Binomial trees calculations

Speculating on what could be on the exam is most likely not a violation. Would imagine if he took L2 last year and was saying what was on it, that would certainly be a violation

Thanks for the clarification,
but i thought that discussion of “specific topics” that took place or could potentially take place is a violation.

Speculation isn’t a violation.
It may be a waste of time, but it’s not a violation.

If i recall correctly, making an attempt to recreate the exam is a violation.

True
Not a single item from the Actual exam can be divulged

Corp fin concepts will be intermingled like the topic tests
I am expecting : 1 set from FA+Inv, 2 sets from queen 3, and 1 set from integration n quality
1 set from GGM, 1set from FCF, 2 sets from other areas mixed
Ethics will be little difficult
Options and Swap should contain at least 8-9 questions

Question on PVGO for sure
One annoying question on Residual income forecast or computing MVA
H-model
Capitalizing leases to compute a ratio (LT Debt/Assets for ex)
Option cost using binomal tree
