Managing last month with a tough work schedule

Hi,
Kindly throw some light on how to strategize and energize myself during the last leg of preparation. I am working in a deal team(presales consult) of a tech based firm, and work from 10am-8pm a day.
I have off(or work from home during sat/sun).I have planned to take last week off too.

Looks like the receipe lies in sleeping for 4-5 hours on weekdays and might be 5-6 hours during weekends.

Pretty much. I go to sleep around 9:30pm each night and my alarm goes off at 3:30. By 4am I have a cup of tea and I’m studying until 7:30. With working 8 to 10 hours a day, I’ve found studying in the mornings to work much better for me. For the final week before the exam I’ll be going back to a normal sleep schedule to make sure I’m rested.
