MBA CFA Salary ?

My qualification : MBA (Finance) from one of the top 20 B-Schools in the US. CFA Level 3 just passed. 6 years of work experience as a financial analyst,and then business development manager.
I am have been offered a new job in Chicago where I have to work as Manager (business development) and manage a small team.
What salary package should I expect ?

Has anyone seen Superman vs Batman? I think Ben Affleck was not too bad in that role, actually. The problem is that his character is compared to that of the Dark Knight series, which can now be considered to be the defining standard for “realistic” superhero movies. It’s easier to portray a character successfully when you are working with a superior script and an overall excellent production effort.
It’s a tough job for Ben Affleck, since DC itself doesn’t seem to know how they want to portray Batman in this new film universe. On one hand, they try to make Batman dark, brooding and complex - this is probably to emulate the success of Bale’s serious Batman, as well as to pull away from the colorful and dynamic portrayals of characters in recent Marvel movies. However, at the same time, Ben Affleck needs to convincingly act as a character who is about to recruit and found the Super Friends, which is intrinsically a campy concept. Ben Affleck himself is a decent actor, and I believe that he would have been able to effect a more convincing Batman portrayal, had he better source material to work with.
Henry Cavill, is a gifted actor and should be a leading person in Hollywood. I almost wish that he was not cast as Superman, since this might prevent him from filling other, more rewarding roles. If he works too long as an iconic character in a mediocre franchise, he might end up like the guys who were Edward in Twilight or Anakin in Star Wars - talented actors who are type casted by roles that ended up to be too iconic.
 
Charlotte Bronte’s Jane Eyre has several important themes. One of the most important themes may be the injustice of a rigid class structure. Because Jane is an orphan, her life choices are far more limited than those of many of her relatives and peers, even though she is mostly more intelligent, capable and hard- working than they are. This becomes especially clear when she and Rochester fall in love. They clearly share an authentic intimacy that should have been celebrated from its inception, but Jane is reluctant to express her feelings or let others know about their bond because of the difference in their social status.

Mate, ignore these other pricks.
I had a pretty good relationship with my boss at a bar I worked at back in my Uni days. One day I was working solo behind the bar and it was time for my lunch break so he had to come down and watch over things while I ate.
Through this 15 minute break he spent probably 10 of those minutes picking coffee beans out of the grinder and attempting to get throw in my drink. While I wasn’t looking he threw one which landed in between the cheese and bun of my burger (an amazing shot, I will admit). I would have picked it out but unfortunately I was blindsided.
What followed was a bite of this delicious burger with a sudden unmistakably bitter aftertaste. When I realised what had happened I played it cool as if it never even occurred but inside I was furious he had gotten one over on me like that. I never told him about it since he would have become so cocky and smarmy about the time he made me eat a coffee bean.

What struck me about Jane Eyre was how ahead of its time it was. especially the robots
 
I’m a lapsed violist and a serious practicing Mozartian. I may no longer have the chops to play in a string quartet, but I retain my love of the man’s celestial music. It is because of him that I was in Stephansplatz on a chilly pre-winter’s day, looking for remnants of the real man. Inevitably, while I was at it, I walked in the footsteps of plenty of other giants of the classical repertory who made Vienna their home over the last three centuries. Celebrated resident musicians have included Ludwig van Beethoven, Johannes Brahms, Anton Bruckner, Franz Schubert, Antonio Vivaldi, Franz Liszt, Gustav Mahler, Arnold Schoenberg, Hugo Wolf and a passel of Strausses, among them Johann senior and junior, and the unrelated Richard.

Good point…although I might add that to find any commemorative notification of Mozart’s last address, on Rauhensteingasse 8, a pilgrim needs to head to the rear of the Steffl department store, which occupies the footprint of an apartment building, demolished in 1847, in which Mozart and his family were living when he died. I bet you didn’t even know that, did you?
 
Did you check others similar position in Chicago ? Why don’t you ask to the recruiter ?

Do you like Phil Collins? I’ve been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn’t understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where, uh, Phil Collins’ presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group’s undisputed masterpiece. It’s an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. Sabrina, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Sabrina, why don’t you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as, uh, anything I’ve heard in rock. Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your ***. Phil Collins’ solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and, uh, Against All Odds. Sabrina, don’t just stare at it… But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.
