Anyone know the details about these membership?
1) For FRM IIRC, the result is valid for 5 years only. So I updated my professional detail and they say they will send me the charter at end of March. I am surprised that I do not have to pay any money first. Do I need to pay money later when the charter arrive (will they force you to join as member)?
2) Is CAIA test result valid for life? I do not need it now. Saw the cost being USD350. Can I join for 1 year and rejoin again 10 years later? If I rejoin 10 years later, do I have to pay 10 yrs fee?
3) What about CFA? Is it valid for life?
I work in a small company and do not want my boss to pay for these expenses.
