Middle name on admission ticket?

Does our middle name need to be on the admission ticket? My first, middle, and last is on my passport. Just my first and last on my exam ticket.

phone them up right now.
I had this panic last time.. they changed it quick sharp (I phoned up like the day before and it was fixed in half an hour or so). I don’t know if you will have a problem or not, but calling up won’t hurt!
