So we’ve got to the stage where these are certainly required?
Anyone got any they find particularly useful?

For when dealing with currency rates & converting one currency into another:
up - the - bid - and - multiply
down - the - ask - and - divide

In alternative investments I memorize Backwardation as being Below spot (and also where convienience yield is positive) while the alternative is contango.
