Anybody have good mnemonics for remembering stuff?
Durbin Watson tests for serial correlation = Daddy wants Starbucks coffee.
What else we got?

porter’s 5 forces (i think i got this from someone else on AF, thanks whoever you are): Every Stock Buyer Sells Rights: Entry barriers, Suppliers power, Buyers power, substitute products threat, Rivalry of competitors
corp finance, core attributes of effective corporate governance:
RAAFT:
Rights of shareholders
Responsibilities, oversight
Accountability
Fairness and equitable treatment
Transparency

This isn’t a Mnemonic however if the FunctioNAL = Presentation then it is temporAL. Just remember AL goes together.

For the Prudent Investor Rule:
CLICS
Trustees must exercise Care, Loyalty, Impartiality, Caution, and Skill

I saw this somewhere, but it works for me:
Put-Call Parity formula:
SiP Coke
S + P = C + K/(1+r)^t
S = stock
P = put
C = call
K = striKe price
For Porter’s 5 I made up:
Threat of New Entrants: “Go Scape”
Go vernment regulations, etc
S witching costs
C apital requirements (level of fixed costs required to enter industry)
A ccess to distribution channels
P roduct differentiation
E conomies of scale

Potential to be a great thread, stuff like this is pretty much vital to make things easier to remember.
Is there an old thread with a more complete list of helpful phrases from last year perhaps?
