I wrote a meaningless story in a couple of lines to remember the antitakeover measures.
Pre offer measures:
He swallowed a poison pill, he bought himself a cheap life
by the time the poison puts, his life gets demanded.
He staggered across the board , like a 3 year old pig
His voting rights restricted,
His fair price ammended
He now dreams of an after life, on a golden parachute,

Post offer anti-takeover measures
“I can send a greenmail, and pay the bastard off.
or stand here and litigate, fight him through the courts
Just say no, she yelled, avoid the takover
or wait for the strong white knight, he’d buy you over
I will find me a little squire instead, the friend who buys so little.
and then do a pac man - give a counter offer!

PS. I don’t have to memorize the entire lines, but it’s helped me map my mind around some of those names.
