Mocks Vs EOC

So i am pretty happy with my EOC scores but when i attempted to do the past mocks for selected subjects that i have finished, i go HAMMERED, i mean it was DISAPPOINTING. Anyone comment on which one is a closer proxy of real exam?
 
How were you able to get past mocks would you mind telling me where to fiind them or sharing maybe?

Mocks are pretty close to the real thing. On the brighter side, you still have time to improve on your weaker areas. I think you are ahead of most of us.
 
preppie, trust me I am not ahead :) I am just using selective item sets, but now i realize that there is so much to cover and to watch out, these questions are TRICKY!
 
Also because you are doing old CFAI mock maybe when u decide lets say to do the questions in relation to econ interest rate parity maybe some part of it are not covered this year and that could explain your lower score. I am only 50 hours in and 5.5 study sessions and getting nailed by the EOCs iam not looking sharp so far but grinding!
