Morning section help!

Can anyone remember that in the morning exam, we need to open the answer book to fill-in some information and sign and close the book, before the actual exam starts. I remembered that we need to fill-in the test centre information, did we fill-in that information with booklet open or closed ( on the cover)?

The information on test centre had to be filled-in with the booklet closed when you enter details like name, registration number etc. as the proctor reads out the instructions printed on the rear side of the booklet.

During the AM session, the test center information and the signing of the candidate pledge was on the inside page of the test book cover. So the test book was open. In the PM, we had the separate answer sheet so the signature and test center info was done with the book closed.
