i have done 5 topics; Ethics,FR&A,Equity Income,Alternative investment and Corporate Finance,now i’m doing Portfolio Management(50% has been completed).
i’m preparing from Kaplan Schweser, IFT video,also doing blue Boxes from curriculum and EOC questions. Do you think i’m on the right track? any suggestions?
 
You are doing very good.
I finished FRA, Equity, Fixed Income, Corporate Finance and am about to finish Reading 41 of Derivatives today evening.
 
Seems like you’re doing well! I’m finishing up Book 2 this weekend (going in order) so Quant, Econ, FRA, and Corp Fin will be out of the way. Looking to finish all the readings by February leaving me with 3 months until the test. I’d be curious to know if some people recommend using the last three months to re-read some sections or would you purely focus on practice problems and mock tests?
 
Just started yesterday evening as I concern… it’s me or CFAI are lighter than L1 ?

I just started yesterday, I passed Level I last December.

I think you are doing awesome. I am still in Quant in the same order as curriculum.
I follow the same approach. IFT video, Kaplan Notes and EOC from Curriculum. Its taking a long time to finish one reading. When did you start for L2?
 
I’ve finished reading 7 topics. Currently on PM and have FRA and Equity. I started casually back in October.
I usually read the topics and don’t worry about any questions. After that, I will be doing questions and rewatching videos then mock exams on weekends and questions during the week. the last two weeks will be mock, review; mock, review; mock, review…..etc etc.
Only one reading in derivatives and two in fixed income seemed a bit hard…pretty much same pace as level 1……till i get to the mock exams haha
