So I work a 50-60hr job, haven’t taken time off since last summer.
I booked Florida for 1 wk mid-April, kinda need the vacation.
Currently completing 2nd read at material, I’m starting book 6, should be done by early April.
Don’t know how I should handle that week off. Gf suggests I tune out of everything, come back fresh but I’m worried about not using some valuable review time, and was thinking doing some light CFA work (maybe 1-2 hrs/day)

So what is the most likely correct answer?

A) Follow gf’s advice and take a full break
B) Go light, if only just to keep some momentum
C) Once you’re drunk on the beach, you won’t even remember what CFA stands for

I’d say B) - even if you just touch on a couple of subjects a day, drill some flash cards or something you’ll feel much better about it.
I just spent 2 weeks holiday in the Rockies snowboarding, and even though I was knackered every evening I made myself sit down and get 2 hours of work in. I feel much better for it :D
Saying that though, make sure when you’re not studying you are R-E-L-A-X-I-N-G with a cocktail in your hand and the sun on your back.
Maybe get your work done first thing in the morning so it’s out of the way for the day.

I would say B), but with max. 1 hour a day. In the morning, before a very nice breakfast, maybe when GF is still asleep.

Thanks for your opinions. I think I’m gonna go with A. Since I’m leaving on a Monday morning, I can do a weekend blitz. Sounds like a decent compromise.
