Never give up. 100% write again and you will pass. CFA should be a long-term goal, it is not a race, just get to where you want to be in the future - you will get there! Make sure you sign up again. Don’t think twice about it.
 
Yup, just do it. While missing the mark hurts, you’ll never regret trying. You may seriously regret not trying however, and that can hurt more in the long run.
 
Go for it.. Many people felt I should have given up after I failed twice (band3, Band4). Dont give it up. Atleast you know that you’re almost there.
 
I failed L2 at Band 5, then Band 10 and now Band 11!
Don’t give up. This is more than just an exam and study…it is also testing how well you motivate yourself and how you organise yourself.
 
Similar story as well. Failed Band 6 last year, and smashed it this year.
Band 10 is heartbreaking, I know what that feels like as I was in Band 10 for Level 1.
Give it another crack, you’re too close to not try again.
 
can you tell me how you found 2015 exam compared to 2014 one? as in, in terms of difficulty, kind of questions and such aspects. thanks.
 
thanks all, trying to take the postives moving from band 6 to 10 and being so close
i scored >70% in FRA, ethics & corp finance
51-70 in dervi, equity, fixed income & quants
<50 in alts,economics PM
guessing i need to focus on equity and Fi as they are big hitters and not neglect smaller topics aswell.
i have one more go in me!
