Great success story there. We should have a motivational thread on "success stories migrating from Back office to Front office, or Retail Sales to Analyst". I know there are a lot of threads that cover these topics but most of them are questioning how to do it and they are usually fairly negative in scope. It would be nice to hear something positive like success stories of people that did make it.
