In my opinion, there is no comparison. I took Sharp for Level II and failed. I took NYSSA / Schweser for my second attempt at Level II and passed with flying colors. The Sharp classes were entirely lecture (listening to Dr. Sharp read his review material to you which is not very helpful). In contrast, my NYSSA classes included more problem solving, tips for attacking the exam, etc. Also, the practice exam material from Schweser blows away what Sharp offers. Hope this helps.
