The '07 L2 curriculum's out:

Anyone going to get this if we suceed with L1? Or everything thinking of staying with review materials.
 
if i pass L1 i'm sticking solely with schweser

the only difference is that because (i hear) L2 is harder, i'll prolly get the total package this time around (mo' money :S)
 
I'll get both the CFA Curriculum and Schweser. Coupled with LII fees, that'll come out to $1K+.
 
I'll probably do the same. Except my company pays for the books. I'm also planning on taking the 3day schweser review..I took it this and thought it came in pretty handy.

Now, I just have to convince my boss.
 
Its not that they us, per se...its more of that they like $$$$$
 
If some of the same texts are used in the L3 curriculum, does it make sense to just buy the textbooks (instead of the CFAI-consolidated versions) - i.e., pay a bit more now, but not have to buy much for L3 later? I also like to have nice hard cover reference books instead of the cheap CFAI softcovers.
 
L1 I had notes and the L1 Materials plus SchweserPro, this time it's L2 Materials & Schweser for me. I like the materials, very comprehensive.
