Order Matching Rules

Hi
Can someone explain the the secondary precedence rule in the orden matching rules after price which is more important no hidden order or time ? this is what i dont understand. If a hidden orden enter in the system first and them a no hidden which one has priority ?

I think the uncovered ones have always the priority in transaction line.

Price, display, time– in that order. If two orders are the same price, the next point of evaluation is the order display. The visible order will have precedence over the hidden order. When both are hidden or when both are visible (at the same price) then time is the deciding factor.
