I said non-parametric for both ranked and for small, non-normal distros.

Anyone else?

:( I am feeling bad after reading all of your posts..... don't remember what i put as my answer choice.

non-parametric was correct, i looked it up...but i put non-parametric for one but not the ranked...blast...oh well, just one out of probably 100 others..

nope....

ans is Parametric and non parametric

for non-distribution with a sample size... Z value can b used

4040/41
I checked it up. For non-normal distribution with large sample size parametric test (Z-test) is fine, while for Rank non-parametric test. Answer should be parametric, non-parametric.

Not sure , but definitely no parametric test is available for small size sample.

I don't remember the order I picked these but I picked parametric and non-parametric

Parametric are for:

Normal dist with known variance (large and small)
Normal dist with unknown variance (large only)

Abnormal dist with known variance (large and smalle)
Abnormal dist with unknown variance (large only)

comparison of two pop/sample st devs =F-Test

I assumed non-parametric would be used for Normal dist with unkown variance (small) & Abnormal dist with unknown variance (small)..

Who knows? Ok I am DONE!! looking at exam qs. I'm gonna sit it out and wait for the results!! concentrate on my MBA classes and work for now! or and my significant other;)
