Not arrogant... funny -- Thus the Ha!, right?

Someome else somewhere posted about being unsure if they wanted to scrape by with a really close pass or just have to take level I all over again (so they would be more confident at Level II). I was highlighting this fact of life.

Anyway, I think a pass is always better than a fail. And I do think this particular score shows how important FSA is.
 
Funny as in peculiar. Why would one say that to somebody the very day they get their results? It just seems odd.

How about "Congrats!"
