PAST 2011 CFA morning session Q7 - still relevant in 2013?

I cant recall seeing this material on coporate finance. Even the ADR question on the corporate governance, I still know it from lvl 2, but wondering if it still relevant in 2013

i think so personally - i think people will probably disagree with me, because the CFA institute clearly states that past exams arent helpful etc. but I went all the way back to 2006 with the essay questions, just because i think its really valuable to practice the actual type of questions - i didnt feel like the material was way off from what i saw, and there seems to be a commonality between the tests from 2006 all the way to 2012 in the essay portion (cant find the PM ones unfort)

I know overall exam is very relevant , but I was talking about the question 7 only.

summerside182, I went through said exam 2 days ago and just to make sure, went back to check CFAI’s textbook. I personally think this is no longer relevant (board questions as well as ADR).

thanks! I took a look also and did not find anything relevsnt in 2013. Their is alot of reference to the ADRs in emerging maket though.
