Hello All,
I just want to know if anyone is still waiting the results for Level 3 exam awaiting the investigation regarding writing after allowed time.
Any advice any experience will be more than welcomed.
Update : Thanks for your answers but let me tell you
The proctor said That wrote 3 words (1-2 seconds) after the announcement start but stopped before the lady said that this is considered violation.
Again This is my 7th time . I am sure I didn’t write or do this mistake. I am sure they confused with someone else.
I know it doesn’t matter how much did i wrote this is considered violation, but I am sure i didn’t write any single word.
This is my fist time to deal with this. Again any advice will be appreciated .

How long were you “supposedly” writing after time was called?

^ #DoesntMatter, does it? Writing after time is writing after time.

Yea that’s like asking how many inches did the knife go in when you were stabbing your victim in the back

What is there to investigate: Proctor says you wrote after time, you say you didn’t. They don’t have video recording devices in the rooms like they say they do. They should be able to make the decision in about 10 seconds…and it presumably would go in favor of the proctor.

Just digging for info so the OP can paint a more colorful picture, folks…

I don’t think you’re making the point you’re trying to make.
Getting stabbed 1 inch deep is a whole different monster than being stabbed 4 inches deep.

Of course it would matter to a jury. Not only that, a 1 inch stab would likely result in an assault or aggravated assault charge, while a full 4 inches could go up to murder or attempted murder.
As rules oriented as CFAI is, I’m sure they make a distinction between writing 1 second after the announcement and writing 10 seconds after the announcement.
