Just MHO, but unless you were born on third base, went to an Ivy League school, then went to a ready-made job for you (because your daddy pulled strings for you), about $50-60k a year is really, really, really good for a 23 year-old.
There are some people in this world who are highly paid executives of major companies–not through any merit of their own, but just because their dad happens to own the company. Perfect example–Jerry Jones owns the Dallas Cowboys, and his two sons and his daughter are the Senior Management. The same is true for Vince McMahon and the WWE.
Not trying to say that Stephen Jones is an idiot–I’m sure that he’s a bright fellow. But if he were born lower-middle class and could only get into Local State University, I’m not sure he would be where he is.
