Practice Book Willey - Problem with downloading

i bought the Wiley Practice book in december .. At that time for some readings it says the Questions will be available in February..
Now i m unable to download the questions for these readings…. i m pretty lost how to do it…
The book is in the Vital Bookshelf ….
If anyone else bought it too.. Can you please help me … (Im pretty bad with technology)
