Question on Business Trust: Traded Yield vs Yield

Have a fundamental question regarding Business Trusts, appreciate if you guys could shed some light. What is the difference between Traded Yield vs Yield of a business trust? I suppose Traded Yield for a listed business trust would be calculated based on the share price at close of a particular day? Thanks.
