I doubt regrade will help - your FSA and Asset Valuation scores (both heavily weighted) were probably the problem. But if you have $100 to spare and it makes you happy, go for it.
 
I read somewhere that in the history of CFAI not a single review has resulted in change of final outcome.
Of course you may just be the first.
 
My thoughts are that unless you knwo that you were sloppy filling in the bubbles, or everything is less than 50% (which may mean you used the wrong kind of pencil), what do you realistically hope would be the basis for a change? This isn't level 3 with essays and the possibility of human/subjective error. I have to believe that with all the time that they take to report results they must at least feed the scantron sheets thru twice.
