Reading 8 BF and Investment Process: EOC 1 Why is this guy a PP?

Question 1 of the EOC on Reading 8 (Behavioral Finance and Investment Process). Why is this guy a Passive Preserver? Why not Friendly folllower? Here is the definition taken straight from the CFA books on FF.

[tion in the book, there is only one category that is low to medium risk tolerance. Plus all the biases match closer to friendly follower than the biases for passive preserver.

I would not go completely on the risk tolerance and mark it as “FF”. Although there are some traits of FF, the key words/sentences that describes Perez being “PP” is his desire for wealth preservation. Further PP doesn’t want to take chances and play safe in the familiar territory (wanting to invest in his employer’s stock).
I believe some of the biases are ambigious and may be applied to other BITs as well.
