Can someone please explain to me why the allocation to stock is so high for Lee?
It is even higher than the stockbroker in Q2.
why?!

This question has been beaten to death on this forum. Masterpiece of inconsistency in the curriculum.
Q3 tests completely different concept than Q2 (that is why the answers are not consistent) and entirely based on one plot from the curriculum, Figure 11. (Case #4 Optimal Asset Allocation to the Risk-Free Asset at Various Correlation Levels). Take another look and everything starts to make sense.
