From your past experience, could anyone share their thourghts on the size of investment banking fee charged in a typical RE M&A transaction?

Need much more info. Depends upon the size of the deal, and the market. Also, is it a pure M&A transaction or is there a simultaneous capital raise?

Still a very openended question! Business real estate or investment? Brokers involved or not. etc etc. Ususally 2-4% but can be a flat fee depending on the people involved.
