I just came along a schweser essay question, where the rental property (no details whether it is liquid or illiquid) is included in the investable base.
Would you say this is common?
It’s a source of income, but it’s not a common example.
I wouldn’t personally include it, more of a stream. You can’t adjust the risk and return for it.
Ignore Schweser, sometimes they try to be creative and fail.
