Result day August 9th 2016

I can’t confirm (and think they generally release exam results dates later), but that seems really early. CFA’s website reads L3 results take 10 weeks. I’d say late August is more reasonable.
EDIT: In light of Imperfect Hedge’s comment below, I guess it is reasonable.

Last year’s results were released on August 11th (the second Tuesday of the month). So it sounds reasonable that this year’s results would be released on August 9th.
 
we should receive an e-mail from CFAI in 3rd week or 4th week of June confirming the date of results.
 
Yeah pretty accurate unless they accidentally release them early again.
 
last year i heard that cfai released some l3 results along with l2. i wonder can someone confirm whether ultimate results mathced with premature ones? just curious.
 
I can’t fully recall but I think last year someone got a pass on their early results and failed on their real ones

I was thinking that the early released results did all end up matching. Could be wrong on that though as I was not one who saw their results early.
 
From what I remember, every person that saw their results early, all received the same matrix on the actual release date. Still a little salty that I wasn’t able to see mine early.
