On page 143 in book 1, comprehensive problem 1, part A: What is the HPR for 2000? My calculation is (26.8+0.15)/28.5-1=-6%. But the answer is -5.44%. Which is right? Why? The question is a complicated table, so I am unable type it out here, sorry for this, guys... Thanks!!
