Schweser Question Bank Expiring?!

I bought the Jun 2011 question Bank, but never actually took the exam.
I have just tried to load the question bank, and it tells me its ‘expired’?! When purchasing the Q bank, it never makes clear that you are purchasing a 1 year licence for the questions, as opposd to the questions themselves.
I think this is outrageous, has anyone else ran into the same problem?
 
ouch, you’re out of luck… schweser qbank (and packages) do expire…
 
Yes. I used Q bank for the level I two years ago and they were doing that. I can see both sides of the issue. Since it is essentially an online database of questions, how long would you expect that they let someone have access? 1, year, 2…5? On the other hand, I see your point; it would be like if after the day of the test all your Schweser books were suddenly blank!
 
i have the cd rather than the web access, managed to get it working last night by winding the date back on my computer
this is an extremely cheeky move my Schweser, who seem to be a pretty unethical company that runs a monopoly with rip-off pricing levels. Somewhat ironic given their CFA prep provider status
 
Yes Schweser shuts off access to QBank once it’s over. It does suck. They’ve been really anal about these things. Just look at the guy who got threatened by Schweser for selling his legally purchased Schweser books on ebay. Nuts..
 
Change your computer date to one within the acceptable range. That used to work. Don’t know about the current software.
