I used the video CD's for a LARGE portion of my studying for all 3 levels. Passed 1&2, waiting on level 3 results.
Level 1 and 2 were very good, just a few weak points (as I recall, ethics in L2 was bad). L3 had this one tedious looser who made up a very large part of the lectures.
It all depend son how you learn best. I was the type in school who absorbed what the teacher presented well, and only used textbooks to fill in the gaps.
They also do a very good job of telling you what to focus on, and how things are tested.
